James can help with the practical in-between work: cleaning, restocking, small fixes, dryer/laundry-area maintenance, and quick updates so you know what was handled and what needs attention.

Clean
Turnover cleaning, trash, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, beds, surfaces, and general guest-ready reset.
Check
Visible condition notes for loose hardware, stains, missing items, odors, low supplies, slow drains, burned-out bulbs, batteries, wobbly furniture, and signs of wear.
Stock
Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, liners, toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies, bulbs, batteries, and agreed guest basics.
Fix
Small handyman fixes like tightening hardware, adjusting hinges, replacing bulbs or batteries, fixing wobbly furniture, minor patch/touch-up work, simple drain clearing, and practical small repairs.
Maintain
Dryer lint trap, dryer hose, laundry area, visible lint buildup, kinked or crushed hose issues, and accessible dryer-area maintenance.
Report
Quick text/photo updates after visits so you know what was cleaned, stocked, fixed, or flagged.
Pricing
Host Walkthrough
$85
A one-time walkthrough to review the space, supplies, access, laundry needs, timing, dryer/laundry-area setup, common trouble spots, and whether the property is a good fit.
Stay-Ready Visits
$60/hr
2-hour minimum. Final cost depends on property size, turnover condition, laundry needs, restocking, small fixes, and materials.
Supply Pickup
$20 / $35+
$20 for a simple pickup. $35+ for involved pickups. Supplies, replacement items, and repair materials are billed separately.
Larger fixes are quoted or approved separately before work continues. If a small fix starts turning into a bigger project, James will flag it before using up the turnover window.
